The Motor Driver Module DKR03.1-W200N-BE32-01-FW is a sophisticated electrical controller for electrical motors of today’s advanced industry. This sophisticated controller Driver is designed by Rexroth Indramat. The basic objective of this driver module is to control the various functions of an industrial motor based on monitoring its attached peripheral sensors. These module keeps a record of errors for latter on troubleshooting and monitoring. These module are best to used where precise speed, torque, braking and direction control are prime requirements for an industrial machine. As the computerized-pneumatic machines and printing industry machines needs precise control and variable speed and this Driver is a definite choice for such applications. This Motor Driver Module can be setup with lot of other pluggable modules designed by Rexroth Indramat, and be demanded as separate entity if not included in standard package. SERCOSE interface of the Electrical Controller Module provides a programming interface for setting up parameters. It also provides RS232 and RS 485 for distant monitoring and troubleshooting and also have an analog interface card for analog system settings. The Auto shut down and safeguarding options in case of improper power failure is an additional feature by applying brake resistor mechanism.

This Driver Module is sensitive to grounding and a 3-phase input power criteria based on absolute ground must be provided for safe operation. Ungrounded power can only be connected if autotransformer is installed with the Driver. The isolating transformer protects the Driver controller reliably from dangerous voltage. If the mains input voltage should additionally not be compatible with the rated power voltage of the controller, then the use of an isolating transformer to match the voltage is recommended.  This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
