Product Description
Bosch Rexroth invests significant capital in R&D. This enables the company's engineers to design innovative motion control solutions that are highly functional and cost-effective.
The DKR03.1-W200N-B is a servo drive produced by the company. The drive is used in printing machines and numerically controlled machine tools. The system has a very efficient heat dissipation system and comes with an inbuilt heat sink and blower. The air is passed through the system via an air duct. This design allows different cooling mechanisms to adjust to the system. The system can utilize duct cooling or cooling through the air (from inside or outside the control cabinet). The servo drive can be operated at a maximum temperature of 55 ᵒC. For best results, the system should be used within a 5 ᵒC to 45 ᵒC temperature range. The device is protected against the penetration of harmful objects that are around 12.5 mm in size. The maximum installation height for this system is a 1000 m above sea level.
The DKR03.1-W200N-B has a modular structure and different additional modules and plug-in cards can be retrofitted in the system for specific functions. The system supports bidirectional data exchange because of the digital I/O modules. An incremental measuring system can also be utilized. For SSI signal output, multi-turn absolute encoders can also be used with the drive controller. The drive controller’s power voltage is between 0 V to 380 V. The system has a 200 VA control power voltage with a peak current of 141 A. The device operates on a 3-phase AC supply with a system frequency of 50..60 Hz. The DKR03.1-W200N-B is also capable of regenerated braking. It is equipped with an emergency shutdown device and an integrated mains contactor. This product can be purchased from Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty period.
