The DKR03.1-W200B-BE27-01-FW is a Main Drive Controller produced by Indramat. The drive controller is specially designed to control and monitor the speed, internal position, and power output of the servo motor based on the signals it receives from the command center. The DKR03.1-W200B-BE27-01-FW drive controller is designed to specifically control three types of Indramat servo motors in industrial machines; these servo motors include the AC main spindle motor, the linear motors, and the frameless spindle motors. The drive controller is efficient for industrial production processes as it covers a broad speed range, has a high life expectancy, and provides high stiffness in industrial servo motors. The drive controller is particularly suited for CNC machines such a printing and paper processing machines, robots, etc.
The DKR03.1-W200B-BE27-01-FW drive controller has a power voltage of about 3xAC 400 Volts. It connects to the mains electricity with the power cable and can draw a peak current of 141 Amperes during regular operation. The drive controller also features motor feedback cables with which it exchanges digital signals with the servo motor and the command center. During normal operation, the driven motor's shaft produces a continuous power of about 35 kilowatts and a peak power of about 55 kilowatts. Immediately after a power interruption, the driven motor's shaft can maintain a peak regenerated power of 55 kilowatts for about 10 seconds.
