The DKR03.1-W200B-BE23-01-FW is an ultra-modern Main drive controller designed by Indramat technologies to offer sophisticated digital speed control to specific servo motors in industrial machines. Apart from controlling the speed of servo motors, the DKR03.1-W200B-BE23-01-FW drive controller also monitors and adjusts the position of the servo motor based on the signals it receives from the command center. The DKR03.1-W200B-BE23-01-FW drive controller is designed to work with only three types of servo motors in industrial applications; these servo motors include the frameless spindle motors 1MB, the a.c. Main spindle motors 2AD or ADF, and the linear motors LSF or LAF.
The drive controller is characterized by high stiffness and broad speed range, making it perfect for computer numerical controlled machines such as mills, drills, lathes, routers, plasma, water jet cutters, etc. The drive has special customization components that can be used to customized the drive controller by inserting them into slots U1 to U5 present in the drive housing. A fully configured drive should contain a basic unit, auxiliary plugged-in cards, a software module, and a command interface card.
