The drive controllers from the DKR product type, particularly the DKR03.1-W200B-BA04-01-FW, are ideal for printing machines and machine tools controlled by NC. It features a current rating of 200A fitted with a bleeder. The bleeder is meant to discharge the electrical charge stored in the power supply whenever the drive controller is turned off to increase its safety. The DKR03.1-W200B-BA04-01-FW controller was manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and came with an analog command interface card. The blower and heatsink have been built into the drive controller housing. In this unit, the cooling air is passed through the air duct, and it features a built-in cooling system, which is efficient in providing cool air to the controller from within.
