The DKR03.1-W200B-BA03-01-FW is a configured drive controller manufactured to be used for different Rexroth Indramat motors. When the DKR drive controller is used for drives and motors, they usually have features like an optimum level of control and a wide speed range with continuous power. It has a 200A current with a built-in blower that cools the system from the inside and a bleeder. It also has a command communication analog interface. Bosch Rexroth created the DKR03.1-W200B-BA03-01-FW drive controller for a straight central connection to grounded AC mains with the voltage between 400 V and 480 V.
The basic unit of the DKR 200A drive controller can be inserted with different modules or components. These components allow the DKR to be adapted into a previously mounted measuring encoder. Since it's a configured drive, it already includes the software module, auxiliary plug-in module, and command interface cards. The DKR03.1-W200B-BA03-01-FW auxiliary plug-in module offer modules with a CLC link interface and modules for toothed wheel encoders meant for Rexroth Indramat motors. It also comes with an optional integrated brake resistor, which is used to stop the motor the drive is controlling in an organized manner. It is also useful if there is a failure in the drive's mains.
The operating software of the DKR03.1-W200B-BA03-01-FW drive controller is on the firmware module, which is grounded on ESM02.3. The controller's drive parameters are stored in the module, and the configuration is dependent on this. Before using the firmware, you select it based on the features and layout. It has a shock resistance level of 8,4 g for 5 ms and 4,8 g for 10 ms because of the limitations caused by the built-in main contactor.
