The DKR03.1-W100N-BE79-01-FW model operates at the 3-phase AC 3 × 400 to 480V and control voltage of AC 230V with ±10% of tolerance at the frequency of 50 to 60 Hz. The drive controller of 4 kHz and 8 kHz operates at the continuous current of 71 A and 60 A which delivers the continuous power of 26 kW and 22 kW. The drive requires a peak current of 71 A to generate the peak power of 26 kW with the continuous regenerated power of 22 kW which makes it suitable to control electrical motors of printing machines and NC machine tools. The power voltage requirement for the drive controller is 0 ~ 380 V with the maximum frequency of 800 Hz and 1600 Hz for 4 kHz/8 kHz respectively. Heat dissipation at the constant current is 900 W whereas 600 W of heat is dissipated in the air channel.
The model DKR03.1-W100N-BE79-01-FW comes with the protection class of IP20 and with a build-in blower for cooling purposes. The total weight of the drive controller is approximately 49 kg excluding the weight of accessories. The model comes without a bleeder resistor and uses the SERCOS interface for command communication. The digital servo and resolver feedback is used for motor feedback with the function numeric control of 79. The basic unit of this model is DKR03.1-W100-B with 5 slots for plug-in cards. U1 to U4 slots are used to plug-in different interfaces and U5 is used for software module which contains the operating software and the drive parameters.
