The DKR03.1-W100N-BE31-01-FW is a servo drive controller produced by Rexroth Indramat under ideal industrial conditions to meet the increasing demand for a drive controller that delivers a broad speed range and also a high level of control for industrial servo motors. The Drive controller can work with different types of drive motors such as AC spindle Motors 2AD or ADF, linear Motors LSF or LAF, and frameless spindle Motors. The drive controller can be customized to adapt to a specific industrial application by installing customization module cards into the drive. The DKR03.1-W100N-BE31-01-FW uses a three-phase voltage input connection. It is also equipped with an integrated mains contactor and an emergency stop shutdown device, which the drive controller uses to handle a sudden interruption in electric current. The DKR03.1-W100N-BE31-01-FW drive controller has a rated current of 100Amperes. It does not have a bleeder resistor. An air blower and a heatsink are installed into the drive’s hosing to absolve and disperse hot air away from the drive. A digital servo and resolver feedback is installed into the drive to help send and receive signals from the motor. The drive uses a SERCOS interface for its command communication.
