Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures a broad range of high-performance drive controllers, brake resistors, and operator terminals for its customers. The company products are mainly used for industrial automation.
The DKR02.1-W300Z-BE11-01-FW model is designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat and it is widely used in various automation sectors for controlling and monitoring the operations of Indramat AC motors. The DKR02.1 drive controller provides high dynamics and continuous power delivery at a broad speed range with extreme precision and accuracy. The built-in supply module takes electrical connection from the AC 3 × 400 – 480 V power source through the X5 port and the model also provides a connection for holding brake and motor temperature monitoring via the X6 port. A seven-segment H1 display is placed in this controller for diagnosing errors and a serial interface (RS232) is also installed for connecting the VT terminal or PC to the controller. The DKR02.1 drive controller is designed to operate at the maximum current of 212 A, and it generates the maximum power of 93 kW. The drive controller undergoes the heat dissipation of 1800 W out of which 1200 W of heat is dissipated into the air channel with the help of a built-in blower unit.
The model DKR02.1-W300Z-BE11-01-FW comes with an integrated bleeder resistor that helps in dissipating the energy generated during deceleration mode. The bleeder resistor dissipates the continuous power of 1.5 kW and a 24 V blower unit is placed in it for cooling purposes. The firmware for this controller should be ordered according to its configuration and installed into the U5 slot of the controller. The model uses the SERCOS interface as a command interface and a digital servo and resolver feedback for motor feedback. The controller housing comes under IP20 ingress protection and it operates at the ambient temperature range of +5 to +45 degree Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
