Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is leading the world in the manufacturing and maintenance of drive controllers, industrial PCs, and servo motors for industrial automation. The company is generally concerned about its customer satisfaction through sustainable and energy-efficient products.
The DKR02.1-W300Z-BE05-01-FW model is extensively used in various motion control systems to control and monitor the operations of AC main spindle, frameless, and linear motors. The DKR02.1 drive controller is designed to take power directly from the 3-phase 400 – 480 V power source with 50 – 60 Hz of operating frequency. The model operates at the rated current of 300 A, and it comes with an integrated bleeder resistor. The brake resistor comes with 1.8 Ohm resistance and it dissipates 1.5 kW of continuous power. The DKR02.1 drive controller uses ambient air with the help of a built-in blower unit for dissipating the heat generated during continuous operation. The overall heat dissipation of the drive controller is 1800 W while operating at the continuous current of 141/110 A. The controller operates at the switching frequency of 4/8 kHz and it generates the continuous power of 55/43 kW. The basic unit of the drive controller consists of 5 plug-in slots for installing various modules according to the requirements. U1 slot of the drive controller is equipped with DSS 2.1M command interface card.
The model DKR02.1-W300Z-BE05-01-FW uses the SERCOS interface for performing communication between the drive controller and the motor. It also provides a connection for the holding brake and motor temperature monitoring. The U2 slot of the controller is equipped with DZF03.1 auxiliary plug-in modules for controlling the position and speed of the drive controller. The firmware module (DSM02.3) is installed into the U5 slot of the basic unit. The ideal temperature range for the DKR02.1 drive controller is +5 to +45 degree Celsius and it comes under the IP20 protection rating. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
