The DKR02.1-W300N-BE45-01-FW industrial drive controller is a highly efficient device designed to accurately control the operation of servo motors in the industrial servo system. This controller is created by some of the best technicians of Rexroth Indramat, it is designed to control three main types of industrial motor which are the A.C main spindle motors 2AD or ADF, frameless spindle motors 1MB, and the LSF or LAF linear motors. This controller also features a serial-real-time-communication interface, this interface controls the exchange of digital information between the controller and all other parts of the industrial servo system. The controller is about 1000 millimeters long and 400 millimeters wide, however with the installation of the cooling duct, the length of the controller can increase by about 170 millimeters.
The DKR02.1-W300N-BE45-01-FW industrial controller uses two types of electrical cables; the power cable and the motor feedback cable. Although these two cables are important for the efficiency of the controller, operators should ensure that they are inserted into a cable channel and that a minimum distance of 100 millimeters is kept between them to prevent interference. The control cable should not be routed near high-frequency equipment or magnetic fields, as these can interfere with the transfer of digital signals through the cable.
