Product Description
Bosch Rexroth provides global assistance in the design and manufacturing of various motion control equipment. Some of the leading products of the company are drive controllers, industrial PCs, and frequency converters.
The DKR02.1-W300N-BE23-01-FW model is equipped with an integrated mains contactor that allows it to take electrical power directly from the 3-phase AC 400 – 480 V power source. The DKR drive controller comes with an emergency stop shutdown device and it is capable to operate at a broad speed range with continuous power delivery. The model must be used together with the accessories allowed by Rexroth Indramat. The 43 kW of continuous regenerated power is supplied back to the main and the peak regenerated power produced by the drive is 93 kW. The model can operate with the drives having 4/8 kHz of switching frequency and it consumes 141/110 A of continuous current to produce the continuous power of 55/43 kW. The DKR drive controller is widely used in several industrial applications such as machine tools, printing machines, and textiles machines for the digital intelligent control of AC synchronous motors. The model consists of a basic unit, a software module (ESM02.3), command interface cards, and auxiliary plug-in modules.
The model DKR02.1-W300N-BE23-01-FW must be ordered with the required firmware according to its configurations. The configuration of the drive controller depends upon its function numeric code (23) and version function numeric code (01). The model is equipped with a DSS 2.1 M command interface card that provides a SERCOS interface for developing communication between the controller and the motor. A digital servo and resolver feedback is placed to control the position of the motor’s output shaft. The model can be installed under the permissible ambient temperature range of +5 to +45 degree Celsius at the maximum elevation of 1000 m/sea level. The DKR02.1 model comes under an IP20 protection rating. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
