Product Description
Bosch Rexroth develops affordable and sustainable products for various industrial sectors that include manufacturing industries, aerospace industries, and automotive industries. The main priority of the company is client satisfaction.
The DKR02.1-W300N-BE11-02-FW model is designed to perform motion control operations in various industrial sectors. The model should only be operated in conjunction with the accessories prescribed by Rexroth Indramat. The DKR drive controller can be customized by installing various plug-in modules in the U1 – U5 slots of the basic unit and the operating software for each unit should be ordered separately according to its configurations. The model dissipates 1200 W of heat with the help of a built-in blower unit. The power voltage required by the drive controller is 0 – 380 V with the operating frequency of 800/1600 Hz for a 4/8 kHz drive. The DKR drive controller generates 55/43 kW of continuous power at the motor-driven shaft while operating at the constant current of 141/110 A. The unit comes in a standard variant, without a bleeder resistor. The model requires AC 3 × 400 – 480 V of rated power voltage to operate the drive controller. The model control and analyze the operations of Indramat electrical motors. The model is mainly used with NC machine tools and printing machines.
The model DKR02.1-W300N-BE11-02-FW also provides a connection for monitoring and controlling the motor temperature and the holding brake. The model is designed to operate efficiently under the permissible temperature of +45 degree Celsius (without derating) and the maximum allowable temperature range of +55 degree Celsius (with 20% derating). A digital servo and resolver feedback is installed in this controller for motor feedback via the X4 port. The controller communicates via the SERCOS interface. The controller housing is protected under the IP20 protection category. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
