Product Description
Bosch Rexroth provides worldwide assistance in the manufacturing and maintenance of drive controllers, synchronous motors, and brake resistors for industrial automation. The company is mainly concerned about its customer satisfaction through affordable and top-notch products.
The DKR02.1-W300B-BE41-02-FW model comes with a built-in power supply unit that takes electrical power from the 3 × AC 400 – 480V power source with a voltage frequency of 50/60 Hz. The DKR drive controller is designed to operate at the rated current of 300 A with the control voltage requirement of AC 230 V with ±10% tolerance. The model is equipped with a 4 kHz drive or an 8 kHz drive. The 4 kHz drive unit works at the continuous current of 141 A, and generates 55 kW of continuous power at the driven shaft of the motor whereas, the 8 kHz drive generates 43 kW of continuous power while operating at the continuous current of 110 A. The DKR drive controller is equipped with a bleeder resistor which dissipates the continuous power of 1.5 kW during deceleration mode. The peak power of the bleeder resistor is 90 kW. The controller housing is protected under IP 20 protection standard and it must be mounted into the switch cabinet of suitable protection (IP 54).
The model DKR02.1-W300B-BE41-02-FW is equipped with an RS232/RS485 serial interface for developing communication between the drive and the PC/VT terminal. The minimum clearance of 160 mm should be maintained at the top and bottom of the drive controller. The model uses ambient air with help of a blower unit for dissipating the heat generated as the result of continuous operation. To control the speed and position of the electrical motor a digital servo and resolver feedback is placed in this unit. The model is equipped with a SERCOS interface for communication purposes. The ideal operating temperature for this controller is +45 degree Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
