Product Description
The DKR02.1-W300B-BE11-02-FW drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth uses an isolating transformer when it is connected with an ungrounded three-phase system. The drive does not have the same protection as that of an isolating transformer when an overvoltage suppressor is used. The product features a serial interface connection at its X2 connector for communication with a PC. The two analog diagnostic outputs of the unit have an output voltage range of +/-10V and a current load of 4mA. The connection of this controller to the motor feedback can be established by using the manufacturer’s feedback cable assembly.
The starting lockout function of the product is activated by applying 20VDC to 30VDC voltage between its AS+ and AS- terminal connectors. The device comes fitted with a bleeder resistor. This bleeder has brake energy of 720kW. The back wall of the cabinet on which the controller is fitted must feature threaded holes. It should be taken care to ensure that the unit is secured in place during installation by using matching fixing bolts. The plug-in connectors of this product are to always be connected or disconnected only when they are dry and do not conduct any voltage.
The drive-related problems of the controller are highlighted using its H1 display and SERCOS interface. The H1 status display indicates both fault and warning messages. The SERCOS interface additionally helps in establishing command communication. The device comes along with rating plates at the bottom left and on the front side. It also has a separate rating plate for the identification of its software module. This module comprises the firmware in EPROM format. We can send this drive controller to wherever you want it to be delivered, with a year’s warranty.
