The DKR02.1-W200N-BE29-02-FW model is equipped with a SERCOS interface and a digital servo and resolver feedback for the digital intelligent control of Rexroth AC main spindle motors, frameless motors, and linear motors. The model is designed by Rexroth Indramat to take electrical connection directly from the 3-phase power source and the control voltage requirement of the module is AC 230 V with a voltage frequency of 50 – 60 Hz. The DKR02.1 drive controller undergoes the maximum heat dissipation of 1600 W while operating at the continuous of 120/95 W. The model operating at the switching frequency of 4 kHz generates the continuous power of 47 kW and the 8 kHz unit delivers the continuous power of 37 kW at the motor output shaft. A blower unit is placed in this model which uses external air for dissipation of 1000 W of heat to maintain the ambient temperature of the drive controller. The unit can operate ideally under humid conditions (without condensation).
The model DKR02.1-W200N-BE29-02-FW is designed to operate at a rated current of 200 A. An S1 reset key and an H1 status display are placed in this model for diagnosing faults and errors. The operating parameters of the unit depend upon its configuration and it should be ordered as a separate sub-item. The firmware module (ESM 02.3) is installed in the U5 slot of the drive controller. The model should be mounted according to the prescribed mounting position and the total weight of the unit is approximately 104 kg excluding the weight of the accessories and the mounting kit. The DKR02.1 drive controller is protected under IP 20 protection standard and it can operate ideally, without derating, at the maximum temperature of+45 degree Celsius.
