Product Description
The Rexroth Indramat DKR02.1-W200N-BE09-01-FW is an advanced digital drive designed for motor control applications. Upon delivery, the drive should be inspected for damage. Only undamaged drives should be put into operation. Personnel involved in the storage, handling, installation and operation of the drive should possess the relevant qualifications and training. The documentation supplied with the product should be read before it is installed. All safety instructions contained in the product documentation should be implemented. Failure to follow the safety recommendations can lead to injury or equipment damage. The drive should be powered off prior to any maintenance activity. Furthermore, after power shut off, sufficient time should be allowed for the drive components to discharge. Failure to follow this recommendation can lead to electric shock. Rated output of the DKR02.1-W200N-BE09-01-FW is 200 Amps.
The rated current output is only delivered by the DKR02.1-W200N-BE09-01-FW when the altitude and temperature ranges recommended by Rexroth are implemented. Non-implementation of manufacturer recommended ambient conditions leads to output derating. The DKR02.1-W200N-BE09-01-FW is an air cooled device which comes with a heat sink and a built-in blower. The drive is supplied with cooling with air from inside the cabinet. The drive needs to be converted for different cooling methods. Bleeder is not available on the DKR02.1-W200N-BE09-01-FW. Feedback is supported through integrated digital servo and resolver feedback. An integrated SERCOS command interface is available on the drive. Rexroth provides different firmware versions that are optimized for different applications. Therefore the firmware for the drive needs to be ordered separately. IP 20 rated drive enclosure needs to be installed inside a switch cabinet where it will be protected from corrosive gases, dust and moisture. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
