The DKR02.1-W200B-BE30-01-FW is a durable platform for motion control applications. This drive control system has been designed to support assembly line automation by controlling the position and speed of industrial motors. For standard operations, this model can be used with a three-phase power supply that supplies voltages between 400 V and 480 V. The power output of the motors used with this device is generally between 10 kW to 93 kW. This model has the additional advantage of being able to control and isolate individual drives. Through its integrated mains contactor, this model is able to control each drive and prevent the accidental restart of the drive axis when machines are shut down for maintenance requirements, etc. The device can cut off power from each drive by utilizing the mains contactor installed at each drive axis.
The DKR02.1-W200B-BE30-01-FW uses an external brake resistor to control the speed of connected motors. The connected motors can be decelerated and their kinetic energy can be transferred to the brake resistor in the form of heat. This drive controller can be integrated with the LSF motors, 1 MB asynchronous motors, and the LAR motors produced by the company. When these motors are combined with this device, the highest requirements for spindle positioning and speed control can be met. Even when used in fluctuating loading conditions, this model has the ability to deliver a nearly constant power output. The drive controller can meet the requirements of dynamic loading conditions.
