The DKR02.1-W200B is a new-generation drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the accurate control of industrial production and processing machines. This controller is designed to control electrical motor and monitor their operation, it is also very flexible and can be parameterized to carry out application specific functions. Typical industrial applications for this drive controller include printing machines and Numerical Control machine tools. Industrial motors compatible with this industrial controller include the LSF or LAF linear motor, the 1MB frameless spindle motor and the 2 AD and ADF a.c main spindle motor. When the controller is used in combination with any of these compatible motor design, it forms a highly intelligent automation system that maintains a high level of control and accuracy over a broad motor speed range. The DKR02.1-W200B industrial drive controller is equipped with an integrated mains contactor and an emergency stop shutdown device, it is also designed for direct mains connected with grounded AC mains that can provide voltage that falls between 400 to about 480 volts. The operational temperature of the DKR02.1-W200B is regulated by the heatsink and air blower which is integrated into its housing unit. Also, the controller features several configuration modules that are available for insertion into the basic unit of the controller.
