The DKR 3.1-W200Z-BE37-00 drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth is intended to be fitted with its guards and covers properly before the power supply is turned ON. The motor connected to this product implements a resolver and digital servo feedback. The device must be secured against direct contact with the machine featuring the installation by using an appropriate closed housing. Its drive has a leakage current of more than 3.5mA. The unit may exhibit dangerous movements due to faulty control of the connected motor such as defective or malfunctioning components and software errors. The emergency stop switch of the product has to be always mounted in a position that is easily accessible.
