The FWA-ECODR3-SGP-03V28-MS is firmware for drives which belong to ECODRIVE03 / DURADRIVE product line from Bosch Rexroth which come with SERCOS, analog and parallel interfaces. The ECODRIVE03 / DURADRIVE system is easy to assemble and install. Applications of the system include handling systems, machine tools, printing and paper processing machines. Integrated serial interface on the drive controller can be used to transmit diagnostics, commands and parameters. The serial interface can be operated in RS-485 and RS-232 mode. Communication protocols supported by the serial interface include ASCII protocol and the Indramat SIS protocol During firmware replacement the controller must be powered on, the current parameters must be saved, the controller should be set to phase 2 and the baud rate of the serial interface must be set to 9600. The 24 Volts DC controller supply must remain switched on during the entire firmware replacement activity.
The ECODRIVE03 / DURADRIVE control system can be used to operated asynchronous kit motors, linear asynchronous and synchronous motors, asynchronous motors for main spindle applications, synchronous motors for standard application rated for maximum 48 Nm and synchronous motors with increased demands rated for maximum 64 Nm. Motor product lines supported by the FWA-ECODR3-SGP-03V28-MS firmware include MKD, 2AD, 1MB, LSF, LAR, MBW, ADF, MHD and MBS. Measuring systems supported by the FWA-ECODR3-SGP-03V28-MS firmware include resolver, Hall encoder plus sine encoder, Hall encoder plus square-ware encoder, encoder with EnDat interface and HSF / LSF. The firmware supports five languages including German, Italian, Spanish, English and French. Other supported functions include parameterizable torque limit, current limit, configurable drive-internal position resolution, modulo function, drive-side error reactions, travel range limit, velocity limit, drive halt and multiple control loop settings. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
