Product Description
The FWA-ECODR3-FLP-01VRS-MS is a firmware for ECODRIVE03 automation systems from Bosch Rexroth. Is specifically the firmware for ECODRIVE03 systems with integrated NC control and Profibus / parallel interfaces. The ECODRIVE family of drives comprises of eight different units which differ in the type of interface use for machine control. ECODRIVE03 controllers are available in 40 Amps, 100 Amps and 200 Amps peak current ratings. For the FLP series of drive controllers the two interfaces which are supported are parallel interface and Profibus-DP interface. ECODRIVE03 controllers are compatible with synchronous motors rated for maximum 48 Nm torque and synchronous motors rated for maximum 64 Nm torque. Motor families which can used with FLP series include MKD, MKE and MHD. Supported measuring systems include HSF / LSF and resolver.
FWA-ECODR3-FLP-01VRS-MS firmware functions include following data specifications: one NC axis, preselection of velocity, definition of units in degrees, inches and millimeters and dimensions can be programmed in absolute or increments. Operation modes supported by the firmware include manual, automatic and parameters. The program data specifications for NC include system variables, 400 variables, 224 marker flags, processing of subroutines and 1000-line sequential program. The program data logic task specifications include 1000 assignments, 4 millisecond cycle time, 320 marker flags, and system flags. The RS serial interface which supports RS-232 and RS-485 can be used for programming using the ASCII and SIS protocols and the IDS connection. Parameters and user programs are stored in NOVRAM. The FWA-ECODR3-FLP-01VRS-MS firmware supports extensive diagnostic options, multiple languages including English and German, basic parameters, modulo function, travel limiting, current limiting, evaluation of encoder for position / velocity control, torque / force limiting and monitoring of velocity and position control loops. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
