The DKC14.3 drive controller is an advanced model with intelligent motion control features incorporated by Rexroth Indramat. Bosch Rexroth is known for developing state-of-the-art devices for industrial automation purpose. The DKC14.3-040-7-FW is designed to be powered with rated voltages in range of 200 – 240 V from an AC power source. For field wiring material, use 60/75 °C copper wire only, use class 1 wire only or equivalent. This model may only be operated using a wire of size AWG 14 according to UL 508 A. This model comes without the over-voltage protection. To protect the device from over current, branch circuit protection may be used considering the maximum values. The required rated control voltage input is 24 V. User must ensure installation in compliance with the requirements mentioned in DKC user manual. The DKC14.3 drive controller offers salient features such as software travel limit switch and high dynamic operation. The control unit should be protected from exposure to humidity or moisture. The integrated holding brake control add value to its automated operation. The model DKC14.3-040-7-FW firmware is not a part of the package and must be ordered separately. The commissioning may only be done by a certified professional. This drive controller may be used for servo drive with integrated position control, analog speed interface and integrated actual position detection. It can also be used to drive servo drive with gearbox function. This model is featured with digital drive concept with exhibits excellent price-to-performance ratio. This drive unit may not be used in an environment with a maximum temperature of +40 degree Celsius. With reduced nominal data, the ambient temperature can be +55 degree Celsius.
