The DKC03.3-008-3-MGP-01VRS industrial drive controller is one of the latest and most sophisticated productions of Rexroth Indramat. This device controls the speed, torque output, and general operation of industrial servo motors used in industrial production systems. It is manufactured by well-trained engineers and before it is supplied to the operator, it is tested and certified to operate according to international quality standards. The DKC03.3-008-3-MGP-01VRS drive controller is also an environmentally friendly device as it is manufactured with materials that are asbestos and silicon free, it also contains a high metal content thus it can be easily recycled and used in the production of other industrial devices.
The DKC03.3-008-3-MGP-01VRS is designed with an internal air blower and heatsink which works together to regulate the heat generated by the controller. This servo drive works with a rated current of about 8 amperes, it also requires a DC voltage of about 300 volts. The maximum permissible ambient temperature for the operation of this servo drive is 45 degrees Celcius, however, if the controller is not required for immediate operation, then it can be installed in an ambient temperature range that falls between -25 to +85 degree Celcius.
The DKC03.3-008-3-MGP-01VRS is not supplied with the firmware module, this has to be specially ordered by the operator depending on the application for which the drive is required. This servo drive generates a leakage current of about 3.5 milliamperes, it is thus important for the operator to properly ground the servo drive before operation. Only persons that are familiar with Rexroth Indramat products and have gone through the documentation of the servo drive should be allowed to operate the servo drive, this is important as mishandling of the drive can lead to dangerous movement in the industrial servo system.
