Product Description
The DKC02.1-030-3-FW manufactured by Bosch Rexroth features a real-time communication system- the SERCOS interface as the control interface. The controller and the servo drive are connected in a ring via a fiber optic cable that also acts as a mode of communication for serial exchange between the spindle drive and the controller. The SERCOS interface digitally monitors and runs a diagnosis on the servo drive through signal processors, which accurately measures, position, and control the speed of the rotor. The servo drive can be connected to a grounded three-phase power line with AC 380...480 V, ±10 %.
The DKC02.1-030-3-FW comprises a travel limit switch input and axis limit value that can be parameterized to limit the travel range. It has two probes that measure connections for analyzing data from an external encoder (voltage signals 1Vss). The servo drive controls an electromagnetic AC motor with electronic commutation. The Ac motor is equipped with a feedback system for indirect detection of its position. The feedback encoder also allows for easy connection of the AC motor to the drive controller without causing any damages to the DKC02.1-030-3-FW components or the AC motor. The drive controller uses an internal blower for cooling and should be operated at ambient temperature with nominal data ranging from +0 °C...+45 °C.
The DKC02.1-030-3-FW should be connected to a DC24V power supply to protect and control the power voltage supply. An NTM power supply unit can also be used instead of the DC24V power supply. The power supply units have an overvoltage safety switch with an automatic shutdown. Additionally, the power supply features sensor cables that measure the voltage supplied to the load hence increasing or decreasing the output voltage accordingly. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
