The DDS03.1-W030-RS18-02-FW drive controller has a current rating of 30A and implements resolver feedback. This controller from Bosch Rexroth can act as a rapid-response drive when it is used with some of the AC motors from the same manufacturer. It must not be used with the TVM 1.2 supply unit because the DC voltage is not regulated. The product should be assembled, installed and operated only by qualified personnel. The device can be started only when the machine in which it is installed complies with EC 89/392/EWG directives. The electrical connecting points of the components of the unit must not be touched while it is turned on.

The unit must be connected to the AC motor using the manufacturer’s motor power cables. The connection to adjacent drive controllers is done through DC bus rails or stranded leads with a maximum length of 1m.
