Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is stimulated by productivity, safety, and sustainability. Drive controllers, motors, power supply modules, and brake choppers are among the company's products that are designed to meet the most severe system performance standards.
The DDS03.1-W030-RS03-03-FW model contains a resolver feedback system and a 10 amp constant current supply, and it weighs 5.5 kg. The DDS03.1 drive controller employs a SERCOS interface module to communicate. The ability to precisely regulate the speed and direction of the motor is one of the key advantages of this motor drive controller. The drive controller modulates the ambient temperature by circulating air from the control cabinet using thermal technology. There are five (5) separate module slots on the model. Depending on the demands of the user, each U1 to U5 slot may house a variety of modules. The firmware (software module) for the drive resides in the U5 slot, whereas the command communication module resides in the U1 slot. The DDS03.1 drive controller may be designed to execute a broad variety of tasks by using multiple modules. The maximum installation height permitted by the manufacturer is one thousand meters. Beyond this height, the power output may decrease.
The model DDS03.1-W030-RS03-03-FW is designed to operate between 0 and +45 degrees Celsius and 95% relative humidity, and it has a 24 V (direct current) power supply for connecting to the main power source. In addition, its design corresponds to the IP 20 protection category and features a 300-volt DC bus voltage. The maximum current rating of the drive controller (DDS03.1-W030-RS03-03-FW) is 30 A, and the maximum permissible air humidity during operation must be less than or equal to 25 g/m3. When coupled with MDD, LAR, or MKD AC motors, the drive controller produces a fast-acting drive.
