Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth DDS03.1-W030-DS04-00 drive controller is designed for mounting inside a closed housing. This controller has an IP 20 degree of protection as per DIN 40 050 specifications. The product must have sufficient clearance distance from the power supply or another adjacent drive controller. The device installation has to be carried out in the upright orientation. The unit comes in a size of 355 x 325 mm. It features an air inlet at the bottom and an air outlet at its top. The product has 3Nm tightening torque for its L+, L- and PE terminals. The device must feature D subminiature plugin connectors or plugin clamps for its signal lines.
This product has its motor feedback connection at the X4 connecting point. The unit is equipped with an S1 fault reset key and anH1 status display for highlighting the warning and error messages. It has two analog diagnostic outputs. The product connection with the related motor has to be done with the manufacturer’s motor power cables. The device is connected to the motor through a terminal box or a connector. The unit uses an X1 connector for its control electronics. The device has a starting lockout mechanism that prevents the associated motor from starting up unintentionally when there is a fault. The unit utilizes the E-DDS accessories kit for its electrical connection. Its accessories kit comprises two DC bus rails for power connection, an 11-pin plugin terminal to use for input and output connectors as well as a 4-pin plugin terminal for the motor power connector. The product supports operation at a maximum of 55°C temperature. This drive controller is delivered in custom military-grade packaging to avoid damage during transit.
