The DDS02.2-W200-BE41-02-FW is a new-generation industrial controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to accurately control the operation of industrial motors used to in the production and processing of industrial systems. This controller is compatible with different industrial motor series such as the MKD synchronous motor, LAR linear motor, and the MDD industrial synchronous motor. The configuration of this industrial controller is designed to be straightforward; however, this should be done by industrial operators familiar with Rexroth Indramat products and have gone through the controller's documentation. The DDS02.2-W200-BE41-02-FW industrial controller is free of dangerous chemical substances such as mercury and asbestos. Also, during operation, this controller does not generate a high amount of noise and can be operated at any time without causing any significant disturbance to the environment.
The DDS02.2-W200-BE41-02-FW industrial controller features special configuration slots labeled U1 to U5; these slots are intended to hold configuration modules that can be used to adapt the operation of the controller to a wide range of industrial machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines, and lots more. The special structure of this industrial controller makes it possible for the controller to be easily integrated into the servo system; it also allows for the easy movement of cool air in and out of the controller's housing unit.
The DDS02.2-W200-BE41-02-FW controller is sensitive to liquid substances; it should not be operated in an environment with a relative humidity that exceeds 95 percent as this can cause condensation of water inside the housing of the motor. This controller should also be properly grounded to protect industrial operators from leakage current generated by the controller during operation.
