This controller is compatible with different industrial motor series such as the MDD, MKD, and the LAR AC motors; the combination of the controller with any of these industrial motors from a rapid response drive is particularly well suited for machine tools, textile machines, printing machines, and product packaging machines. Only a regulated Rexroth Indramat supply unit should be operated with this industrial motor; the operation of this controller with an unregulated power supply device can cause a significant reduction in the efficiency of this industrial motor during operation. This controller features a modular design which makes it possible for industrial operators to replace any faulty part of the controller without the need for a total reconfiguration of the servo system.
The DDS02.2-W200-BE34-01 industrial controller is supplied with various configuration modules such as the software, command communication, and auxiliary modules. These configuration modules are integrated into special slots present in the housing of the industrial motor. This controller is delivered with a type label that contains important information that can be used to identify the controller as soon as it is supplied to the user. The information present on this type of label includes the serial number, shipping date, part number, and the codded serial number.
The DDS02.2-W200-BE34-01 industrial controller should not be operated at a height that exceeds 1000 meters above sea level; also, during operation, the ambient temperature around this controller should not exceed 50 degrees Celsius.
