The DDS02.2-W100-BE96-01-FW is a model of Bosch Rexroth’s DDS drive controllers designed for various models of AC servo motors. It is a Version 1 model that can be used for flawless motion control in motors that have either digital servo feedback or resolver feedback. It also features a compact build that allows it to be easily installed in a control cabinet. This control cabinet is a product of protection class IP 10, indicating that solid extrinsic objects with diameters over 50mm cannot penetrate it. It also supports the installation of the drive controller with its supply unit. All supply units from Indramat with a regulated voltage of 24V DC can be connected to this DDS drive controller model.
Firmware use is supported with the DDS02.2-W100-BE96-01-FW as it defines the functions of the drive controller, but it must be ordered separately. The drive controller also uses heat technology for its cooling. In this cooling method, the heat generated during its operation is dissipated within its control cabinet. As a result, a large control cabinet with air conditioning is required. An ambient temperature between 0oC and 45oC is also required for the operation of this DDS drive controller with a maximum permissible relative humidity of 95%.
