Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures top industrial automation devices such as drive controllers, inverters modules, drive converters, servo motors, brake resistors, and spindle motors.
The DDS02.2-A200-BE32-01-FW has a SERCOS interface communication module and draws 85 amps of continuous current and 200 amps of peak current. It has a storage and transport temperature range of -30 to +85 degrees Celsius and can withstand a peak temperature of 45 degrees Celsius without data degradation. The DDS02.2 drive controller weighs 11 kg and has a 300-volt DC bus voltage with a 15% tolerance. The drive controller is distinct in that it propagates the majority of the unit's energy loss outside the control cabinet, stopping it from accumulating inside. In most cases, software modules would include driving instructions, drive settings, and any necessary firmware; however, the firmware for this model would have to be purchased separately. The firmware is modified on a periodic basis to improve accuracy while maintaining functionality. If a new DDS unit is necessary during operation, the software module's configuration can be relocated to a new unit designated for the identical function. To avoid damage during a high or interference voltage test of the DDS02.2 drive controller, all connections must be clamped off or disconnected totally.
The model DDS02.2-A200-BE32-01-FW is rated IP20 and must be used in an environment with a maximum acceptable absolute humidity of 25 g/m3 and a maximum allowed relative humidity of 95 percent. The drive controller?s unique combination of components allows it to be used in a variety of driving situations. The model includes a resolver and a digital servo feedback motor for detecting the motor's speed and location and uses air cooling technology.
