The DDS02.2-A100-BE21-02-FW is an industrial drive controller designed by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indramat to accurately control the operation of synchronous and induction motors used in the industrial servo system. This controller is designed under ideal industrial conditions; before delivery, it is tested and certified to meet the international quality standards; it is also fitted with a type label that contain important information necessary for the easy identification of this controller after it has been delivered to the user. This drive controller is also supplied as a fully configured unit made of a special software module, auxiliary plug-in module, and the basic unit. Under normal operating conditions, this controller maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 percent; this high configurational efficiency makes the controller particularly compatible with a wide range of industrial machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, and lots more.
The DDS02.2-A100-BE21-02-FW industrial controller is manufactured to meet the IP20 protection class; this means its housing can effectively prevent the interference of large solid substances with the operation of the internal components of the controller. This controller also features special light-emitting diodes, and a display screen that operates as an interface through with the controller communicates with the operator. The DDS02.2-A100-BE21-02-FW industrial controller is not supplied with a special firmware module; it is the operator's responsibility to specially order the firmware module as a separate unit.
The permissible temperature range at which this industrial controller can be operated falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius; however, during the transportation of this controller, the controller can be stored at an ambient temperature that is as high as 80 degrees Celsius.
