The DDS02.1-W200-DL04-00 drive controller is a durable industrial device designed by Rexroth Indramat to accurately control the operation of both synchronous and induction motors used with production and processing machines. This drive controller is designed by highly trained industrial engineers according to international quality standards, it features a unique housing unit that allows it to operate in industrial conditions considered unfavorable for conventional motor control devices. The DDS02.1-W200-DL04-00 industrial controller is an environmentally friendly device, that does not generate a high amount of noise during operation, this makes it suitable for operation at any time of the day. This motor is also a very flexible device that is compatible with different types of electrical motors such as the MDD and MKD synchronous motor, and the LAR inductance linear motor.
The DDS02.1-W200-DL04-00 is not supplied with a firmware module, this has to be specially ordered by the industrial operator as a separate sub-unit. The DC bus voltage used in this drive controller is about 300 volts, while the maximum input current used by the drive controller is about 200 amperes. It is important for industrial operators to note that this drive controller is designed to operate with a supply unit that supplies it with a regulated voltage as operation with an unregulated voltage can cause a permanent damage to the servo system.
The permissible temperature range for the operation of this controller falls between 0 to about 40 degree Celsius, however if the controller is not required for operation, it can be stored at an ambient temperature that is as high as 80 degree Celsius. Also, this drive controller should not be installed at an height that exceeds 1000 meters above sea level.
