The DDS drive controllers have a modular design which makes it possible to flexibly combine them with AC servo and main drives to create a compact package that utilizes a single supply unit. They can be used with the MDD, MKD, and LAR AC motors to produce rapid-response drive controllers. They are made up of the basic unit, plugin modules, software modules, and firmware. The DDS drive controllers are used in machine tools, textile, printing, packaging machines, robotics, and handling machines.
The motor feedback of the DDS02.1-W200-DL01-00 is via the digital servo feedback, which communicates the position of the attached motor. Its plugin module is the single-axis positioning control module which expands the drive controller to create a standalone single-axis positioning unit. The firmware is in the plugin and software modules, and it fixes the functions of the drive controller. It is ordered as a separate subitem and can be reordered if the same version is needed. Some connections to the DDS02.1-W200-DL01-00 range from 5V to 30V, which are protective low voltages. It should be connected to an Indramat supply unit with a regulated DC 24V voltage.
