The DDS02.1-W150-RS03-03-FW model is a drive controller with an approximate weight of 5.5 kg with a simple and lightweight body to allow efficient heat exchange with the environment. The DDS02.1 drive controller generates heat during continuous running which must be dissipated using an external cooling fan or blower. The drive control unit is designed to be operated in specified ambient and environmental conditions including a permissible temperature with rated data of 0 - 45 degree Celsius. If needed to store the device, the temperature should be maintained between -30 and +85 degree Celsius. The drive controller is protected under IP20 category housing with design according to EN 60529 (IEC 529-1989). The maximum permissible absolute air humidity of 25 g/cubic-meter and relative air humidity of 95%. The DDS02.1 drive controller requires an input of 300 V with a tolerance of 15%.
The model DDS02.1-W150-RS03-03-FW uses a resolver optional module for motor feedback and SERCOS interface for connection with multiple drive applications. The connection point U5 is dedicated for the software module while U1 is for the command-communications module.
