Product Description
The DDS02.1-W050-RL02-01-FW DDS series drive controller with a modular design belongs to the DIAX02 product group. This Bosch Rexroth controller acts as a rapid-response drive when it operates along with the manufacturer’s LAR, MKD and MDD series of AC motors. The product must be operated only if the application is allowed by the national EMC directives. The electrical connecting points of the components of the device should not be touched when it is in ON state. The housing is subject to high voltages if the earth wire is not connected before testing. The unit must be in standstill mode before the danger zone is entered or accessed. The controller utilizes heat technology to keep itself cool when in use. It is equipped with two configuration rating plates for the hardware and firmware.
The drive controller makes use of resolver feedback. The incorporation of heat technology results in the dissipation of heat inside the cabinet or housing. As a result, it may be required to implement air conditioning. The device weighs approximately 7.5kg. The product features a protection category of IP 10 in adherence with DIN 40 050 specifications. Its signal lines must feature D subminiature plugin connectors or plugin clamps. The analog signals should be routed through shielded leads. The shields should be mounted on the drive controller. The components of the drive controller are tested according to the high-voltage test VDE 0160 specifications.
If multiple drive controllers are used, they are connected adjacent to each other through a DC bus rail. The bus cable is inserted into the X1 connector of the product. The ready to operate Bb contact has a switching capacity of 1A and 24VDC. The controller incorporates a single-axis positioning control communications module. This module supports programming of a maximum of 3,000 program blocks. The drive controller can be delivered to the address of your choice with a one-year industrial warranty.
