The DDS02.1-W050-DS48-00-FW is a highly advanced industrial controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to carry out precise automation control in the industrial servo system. This drive controller represents an advancement over conventional control devices as it is specially designed to meet the motor control requirements of highly sophisticated industrial machines such as textile machines, printing machines, packaging machines, as well as robotic and handling machines. This industrial controller also carries out a closed-loop machine control; it compares the digital information it receives from the encoder of the motor from the pre-determined machine parameters and independently correct any deviation. Although this industrial controller is perfectly safe for industrial operation, the operation of this controller with wrong softwares, faulty wiring, or wrong machine components can cause it to initiate dangerous motor movements.
