The DDS02.1-W050-DA02-00 is an industrial drive controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to carry out accurate automation control in the industrial servo system. This drive controller is produced under ideal conditions; it features a durable housing unit that meets the IP20 protection; however, for optimum protection, the controller requires an additional control cabinet that meets at least the IP54 protection class. This industrial drive controller is compatible with a wide range of industrial motor series such as the MDD, MKD, and LAR AC Rexroth Indramat motor series. This drive controller requires a regulated 24-volts power supply for optimum operation; the operation of the controller with an unregulated power supply can cause a significant reduction in the efficiency and service life of the drive controller.
The DDS02.1-W050-DA02-00 industrial drive controller is designed with a unique modular design that makes it possible for industrial operators to repair specific parts of the controller without needing to reconfigure the whole servo system. The continuous current used by this drive controller during normal operating conditions is about 50 amperes; also, the drive controller uses a DC bus voltage of about 300 volts.
