Product Description
The DDS02.1-W025-DA10-00 drive controller offered by Bosch Rexroth should not have any load when it is being transported. The product must always be stored in a shock-free dry environment that is free of dust. This device features a Bb contact, which closes when the monitoring functions signal a steady Ready status and the controller is ready to output power. Its power section can be charged using a charging resistor. The unit requires an IKS0391 service cable for its commissioning because the startup parameterization takes place by means of a terminal or terminal program. The controller uses a cable of a maximum 75m length for the feedback if the manufacturer’s cables are used.
The drive controller comes equipped with AS+ and AS- control inputs with a 1.5W power rating and 20VDC to 30VDC voltage rating for the relay coils. The product encompasses a starting lockout that can be activated by applying 20VDC to 30VDC voltage between the control inputs. The controller features 95% maximum permissible relative humidity and 25g/m3 maximum allowed absolute air humidity during operation. The second slot of the unit houses an incremental position interface. This interface is capable of transmitting square wave signals. The product is designed for storage and transportation between -30°C and 85°C. This device is meant to support installation vertically. Its L-, L+ and PE terminals feature 3Nm tightening torque. The unit is never supposed to be operated with an unregulated power supply. This controller with a warranty backup for one year can be sent across the globe.
