This industrial drive controller is specially designed to meet American and European quality standards; before it is supplied to the user, it is tested and certified by highly trained Rexroth Indramat to operate according to the technical data stated in the documentation of the controller. This industrial controller is a self-diagnostic device that can independently detect and alert industrial operators of operational error by displaying an appropriate error message on the display unit integrated into its housing unit.
The DDS02.1-W015-RA01-02-FW industrial drive controller is supplied as a fully configured unit containing software modules and command communication modules and an auxiliary plug-in module. However, the controller is not supplied with the firmware module as this has to be specially ordered by the industrial operator as a separate sub-unit. Although this industrial drive controller is generally safe for industrial operation, the operation of the controller with the wrong software, wrong wring, and the use of incorrect command velocity can cause dangerous movements in the industrial servo system.
