The DDS02.1-W015-DS63-00-FW is a new generation industrial drive controller manufactured by highly trained technicians of Rexroth Indramat according to the international quality standards; this drive controller features a modular design that allows it to flexibly combine with AC servo main drives to form a compact package that uses just one supply unit. The DDS02.1-W015-DS63-00-FW industrial drive controller is also a very flexible device that can be used to control different industrial motor series such as the MDD, MKD, and LAR AC industrial motor series, the combination of this drive controller to these motor series form a rapid response drive that can meet the operational requirements of highly sophisticated industrial machines such as the food processing, textile, printing, and packaging machines.
The DDS02.1-W015-DS63-00-FW industrial drive controller is supplied to the industrial operator as a fully configured unit made up of a basic unit, software modules, and some auxiliary plug-in modules. The housing of this controller is specially designed with slots labeled from U1 to U5; these slots are intended to receive the configuration modules required by this controller for optimum operation. This industrial drive controller can only operate with an industrial motor that features a Digital Servo Feedback as it requires the digital signals provided by these industrial motors for optimum operation.
This industrial drive controller connects to the industrial motor through two main types of cables, the motor feedback cable, and the power cable. These two cables must be kept away from each other to prevent electrical interference. Under normal operating conditions, this industrial drive controller operates with an efficiency of about 95 percent; however, this can be reduced by the wrong handling of the controller.
