Product Description
Bosch is manufactured a wide range of affordable and sustainable drive controllers, inverter modules, and industrial PCs. The company offers a wide range of reliable and cost-effective products.
The DDS02.1-K150-DS06-00/S002 model is a three-phase current drive specially designed by Rexroth Indramat to operate the MDD digital servo motor with high precision and accuracy. The DDS02.1 drive controller consists of a basic unit (DDS02.1-K150-D), auxiliary plug-in modules, a communication card, and a firmware module. The model comes with an air-cooling system in which a blower unit is attached to the controller that uses external air to dissipate the additional heat of the system. The controller is equipped with resolver feedback for controlling the indirect position of the shaft and the rated current requirement of the motor is 150 A. To develop efficient communication with I/O devices a SERCOS interface is provided in this model. The SERCOS interface also assists in sharing data between the controller and other I/O devices. Several plug-in modules can be installed in the U2 – U4 slot of the drive controller and the operating parameters are stored in the U5 slot of the controller. The DSM02.1 firmware module is supplied along with the product and it can be programmed according to the required operations.
The model DDS02.1-K150-DS06-00/S002 is secured under the IP20 protection category. Before installation, make sure that the drive matches the electrical and mechanical conditions of the system. The controller must be used under the ambient temperature range of 0 to +40 degree Celsius, without reduction in rated data. The RS232 serial interface is provided in this model for connecting VT terminals or PCs. The unit can be mounted to the forward feed unit. A 3.6 V lithium battery is placed in this model to store the operating parameters of the system.
