The DDS02.1-A200-DL40-01-FW is an advanced modular drive controller that is designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of industrial motors used in production and processing machines. The modular concept of this industrial motor makes it possible to combine the AC servo and main drive to create one compact drive package which uses one supply unit. The operation of the drive controller with compatible Bosch Rexroth motor forms a rapid response drive that is particularly well suited for use in textile, printing and packaging machines, as well as robotics and handling machines. The DDS02.1-A200-DL40-01-FW drive controller is delivered to customers already configured in terms of the desired function. The fully configured controller is made up of a basic unit, plugin modules, software module, and firmware (which is present in the firmware and the software modules). The various modules used with this controller are inserted into slots U1 to U5 present in the basic unit of the drive controller. The rated input current required by this drive controller is about 200 Amperes, the controller also features a single-axis position control communication module. The heat generated by the DDS02.1-A200-DL40-01-FW industrial motor is regulated through a combination of natural convection and forced ventilation. The controller dqn be operated with an air blower which generates the air current required for the temperature regulation process.
