The DDS02.1-A100-RS01-03-FW drive controller offered by Bosch Rexroth can be connected to the right or left of a power supply. This SERCOS interface used by the drive controller for communication features inputs for evaluating travel range limit switches, reference switches and sensor inputs. The product has a Bb contact that closes if there is a steady ready signal and the controller is ready to output power. The device is intended to be stored and transported between -30°C and 85°C. The unit is supposed to be transported using shock damping supports if needed. It supports a maximum permissible relative air humidity of 95%.
The energy loss of the drive controller depends on the connected motor’s continuous current when it is in standstill mode. The blower impeller of this product, along with the heatsink of its power section, is located outside the control cabinet. The device mounting inside the cabinet must be done such that the heatsink casing is outside. The A1, A2 and A3 terminals of this unit feature M6 screws for tightening. These screws have a tightening torque of 5Nm. The controller has an overall length of 390mm. The analog signals should be directed through shielded leads and these leads must be connected to the drive. Its plugin modules have to be transported in separate packaging.
The product is intended to be transported only in a dry state without dropping, tipping or applying load. The electric components of the device are prone to damage due to electrostatic loads. The unit comes with a maximum permissible absolute air humidity of 25g/m3. Its basic unit comprises a fault reset key and a status display that highlights warning and error messages. The ground connection to the supply unit is present at the top of the drive controller.
