The DDS02.1-A100-DS50-01-FW is a rapid response drive system that is used for industrial drive control tasks. This model gives remarkable results when it comes to assembly line automation. The drive controller is used with different models of synchronous and asynchronous motors. This drive controller can be used in areas with aggressive external conditions. It can be operated in all areas where the relative humidity levels are below 95%. Solid objects that are greater than 12.5 mm in size can’t penetrate through the machine’s outer enclosure because of its IP 20 standard ingress protection. This model can be easily operated in all areas where the ambient temperatures are between 5 °C and 45 °C. This drive controller is designed with a peak current of 90 A and a continuous current of 90 A.
The DDS02.1-A100-DS50-01-FW has a peak current of 80 A while its continuous current is 100 A. This model is designed with avariety of user friendly features and has been made compatible with a wide range of Rexroth motors. All models of the MKD and LAR motors can be integrated with this model. This drive controller is able to control the speed and position with high accuracy because of its closed loop feedback system. The intelligent closed loop feedback can be used for accurate monitoring of the motor’s rotor at every instant. The programmed values are continuously mapped against the actual values and any error between the two is instantly adjusted. This model uses replaceable firmware that comes in the form of a module and can be used in all identical DDS units.
