A configured DDS unit is equipped with matching software and components. The firmware in these machines is responsible for the majority of their functionality. Plugin modules and software modules are two additional components of a DDS drive controller that has been configured.
The DDS02.1-A100-DS24-04-FW is a Rexroth DDS drive controller rated at 100 Amperes. It utilizes air-cooling technology and has a digital servo feedback motor. In the DDS02.1-A100-DS24-04-FW, the SERCOS interface serves as the primary communication module. Furthermore, this unit's function I.D. is 24, and its function I.D. version is 00. Its direct current (D.C.) voltage is rated at 300 Volts (±15%), and its power dissipation is 97 Watts. At 24 Volts, the motor feedback type consumes 40 mA of current. This drive controller's transport and storage temperature range is -30 oC to 85 oC. The DDS series of drive controllers are designed to work in conjunction with supply units from Rexroth Indramat, but they are not advised for use with unregulated TVM power supply units, particularly those in the TVM 1.2 series for concerns of safety.
The DDS02.1-A100-DS24-04-FW can support a variety of drive applications, each with its own set of software modules. In most cases, software modules would include the drive instructions, drive settings, and any required firmware. If a new DDS unit is needed during operation, the software module's parameters can be transferred to a new device designed for the same function. The DDS02.1-A100-DS24-04-FW has a continuous current of 80 amps and a maximum continuous current of 90 amps.
