The DDS02.1-A050-DA01-01-FW model is designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to be used in various industrial sectors. The DDS02.1 drive controller provides maintenance-free operation when used in conjunction with the equipment specified by the supplier. The model can operate at ±15 or 24 VDC voltage supplied by the respective power supply module. The model comes with a basic unit and 5 slots for installing various I/O modules. U1 slot of the basic unit is equipped with the DAE01.1 ANALOG interface with incremental encoder emulator and the U5 slot of the controller is equipped with DSM02.1 firmware module. The U2 – U4 slots of the basic unit are empty and a cover is placed on them. The DDS02.1 drive controller faces an overall power loss of 200 – 1100 mA, including the power loss of installed modules. The model develops efficient communication via an ANALOG interface and a 50 A of current is consumed by this unit. The model is specialized in operating the AC motors (MKD, MDD, and linear) developed by Rexroth.
The model DDS02.1-A050-DA01-01-FW can operate ideally at the ambient temperature range of 0 to +45 degree Celsius, without reduction in rated data. The module is not protected against water and is mounted in the switchgear cabinet of minimum IP54 protection due to its IP10 protection category. The unit takes motor feedback via digital servo feedback and the internal temperature of the unit is maintained by dissipating its heat to the ambient air. During installation, provide sufficient room for airflow at the top and bottom of the drive controller.
