Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is a renowned manufacturer of energy-efficient and affordable motion control systems. The company products such as digital servo drives, frequency converters, and servo motors provide sustainable solutions to their customers.
The DDC01.2-N200A-DS50-01-FW drive is a microprocessor-controlled three-phase drive mainly used to monitor and control the operations of Indramat AC servo motors. The DDC01.2 digital servo drive provides high dynamics and maintenance-free operations. The drive is equipped with a dynamic braking system and it can be mounted directly at the feeder. The basic unit of the DDC01.2 drive consists of a DC bus converter, bleeder resistor, mains contactor, and 5 PCI slots. The model operates at the rated voltage of AC 3 × 220 – 230 V with a voltage frequency of 50 – 60 Hz. The internal circuit of the drive is designed to operate at the rated current of 200 A, and it uses natural convection for maintaining the internal temperature of the drive. A VT-terminal or PC can be attached to the drive via the RS-232 interface. The DDC01.2 digital servo drive can easily operate under unfavorable environmental conditions due to its IP65 protection category. The continuous power requirement of the drive is 22.5 kVA.
The model DDC01.2-N200A-DS50-01-FW is highly recommended by our customers around the world. For your ease, the drive is supplied with a one-year replacement warranty. The model should only be operated with the parts or modules specified by Rexroth Indramat. The SERCOS interface DSS 1.3 is installed in the U1 slot of the drive and it helps in transferring data between the drive and the motor via optical fiber cables. The bleeder resistor helps in dissipating the continuous power of 0.25 kW, generated during deceleration mode. The drive unit is equipped with a digital servo feedback and DSM 2.1 software module. The software module for every unit must be ordered separately. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
