The DDC01.2-N200A-DS50-00-FW model is designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to provide digital intelligent control of AC servo motor. The DDC01.2 digital servo drive comes in a brushless design and is equipped with a multi-axis coordinate control module (CLC-D02.2A). The CLC-D02.2A module provides multi-axis coordinated and non-coordinated motion control with integrated I/O functions and is installed in the U2 slot of the drive. The DDC01.2 digital servo drive uses optical fiber cables for developing real-time communication between the drive and the motor via DSS 01.3 SERCOS interface. The DSS 01.3 command interface card is installed into the U1 slot of the drive. For exchanging the binary signals with a programmable controller, a DEA 4.1 input/output interface is installed in this model. The DEA 4.1 module is placed in the U3 slot of the drive. The U4 slot of the drive is empty. The drive can be customized by installing various plug-in modules and the DSM 02.1 software module should be ordered separately according to the drive configuration.
The model DDC01.2-N200A-DS50-00-FW features 200 A of rated current, 3 × 220 – 230 VAC of input voltage, 4 kHz of PWM frequency, 500 W of power loss, and IP65 protection standard. The overall weight of the drive is 22 kg (excluding the weight of plug-in modules). The maximum regenerated power of the drive is 20 kWs. The speed and position of the AC servo motor are controlled via digital servo feedback. The drive uses natural convection for maintaining the ambient temperature of +45 degree Celsius.
